Met dit warme weer is het natuurlijk belangrijk dat je goed zout eet. Soep doet het dan ook goed! Is dampend hete soep nu te veel van het goede, maak dan eens vichysoisse, koude prei/aardappelsoep. Ook warm heel lekker trouwens :9).

Ik hou het wel bij koude sate, maar bedankt voor de zouttip, ik zal er wat zout in strooien.

ik wist niet dat er ook niet koosjer zout bestond. Maar hoe dan ook, ik wantrouw karnemelk in m'n soep. Ik ga wel voor een witbiertje...

link voila. Karnemelk+room is een prima vervanging voor 100% room, maar een stuk minder vet :-).

Staat ze al in het Guinness Book of Records? Altijd "vertrouw nooit karnemelk" zeggen lijkt me een hele opgave. Lijkt me ook vervelend worden na een tijdje :-)
