Ingrediënten (4 personen)

Bereiding

Maak de bouillon met iets minder water dan vermeld aan.
Voeg uitje, knoflookstengels, rood pepertje, half handje rijst, limoenrasp en het kipfiletje toe en kook tot de kipfilet gaar is.
Haal de kipfilet uit de pan en scheur in dunne reepjes, doe terug in de pan.
Voeg sap van limoen, een boel koriander en sojasaus naar smaak toe.
